At the range
Run the match-day checks on the berm: brands on, stage plan clear, proof in the bag before you leave.
On the berm
Walk the stage once before you shoot it. Know where you will plant your feet. The brands stay visible. You are not hiding the kit in a bag between stages.
Between stages
A sponsored shooter still makes safe. Unload, show clear, then look at the kit. If a patch rolled or a mark is covered in mud, fix it before the next buzzer.
Before you roll out
Photograph the brands you actually wore and write down the division and place you think you shot. That note is for your claim. It is not the payout.
